Front desk staff helpful, room size decent, beds comfy. Excellent location within walking distance to everything and tram right outside the door. All our basic needs were met. Family-friendly amenities and activities available.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. This venue's location couldn't be better - right opposite the train station and in the heart of downtown, it's so easy to get around. The staff were also top-notch, providing great service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the spa facilities and a relaxing full body massage. The well-equipped room was very clean and had all amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including healthy options, so that was a great start to my day.
Although the thermostat was set quite high and made it difficult for me to sleep, I would still recommend this hotel to my family.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to all shops, right next to the train station, and within walking distance to the exhibition center. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of the valet car parking service, quick and efficient.

The location was fabulous. The hotel has a fine look. Check-in was easy. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was huge and comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary glass of bubbles on Melbourne Cup morning.
