Front desk staff helpful, room size decent, beds comfy. Excellent location within walking distance to everything and tram right outside the door. All our basic needs were met. Family-friendly amenities and activities available.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. This venue's location couldn't be better - right opposite the train station and in the heart of downtown, it's so easy to get around. The staff were also top-notch, providing great service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the spa facilities and a relaxing full body massage. The well-equipped room was very clean and had all amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including healthy options, so that was a great start to my day.

Although the thermostat was set quite high and made it difficult for me to sleep, I would still recommend this hotel to my family.

The bath towels could be slightly larger to add to the overall comfort of the stay.
